Quotations are free and non-obligatory. Final pricing is confirmed after a site visit and stated in your written quotation. Work begins after quotation acceptance and the agreed deposit.

Waterproofing warranties (5–15 years depending on package) cover workmanship defects and are honoured for the original property owner. Warranties do not cover damage from third-party works or structural movement.

Any unexpected issues found during renovation (such as hidden pipe damage) are documented with photos and priced for your approval before we proceed — no surprise charges.
